SuiteCal payments are powered by Square, so your clients can pay securely using credit or debit cards at checkout. PayPal support is coming soon in 2025.
All payments and deposits are synced automatically inside SuiteCal. You’ll see updated totals in client profiles and sales history without any manual entry.
Refunds are handled manually through your Square account. Automatic refunds are on our product roadmap and expected by December 2025.
